Bookings
All bookings and enquiries will be answered on first in first served basis
How to book:
Step 1:
Choose your preferred dates from the Trip Schedule and click the book button.
Step 2:
Follow the on-screen instructions, fill out the booking form and press submit.
Step 3:
We’ll send you confirmation that your chosen dates are available and our bank details for your deposit (a minimum non-refundable AU$$300 deposit is required to hold your spot).
Your place is now being held for up to 5 days or until your deposit is received.
Step 4:
Pay your deposit via direct bank transfer or cheque/money order and return the confirmation letter with your payment date and ‘reference number’.
Step 5:
You’ll then receive a final confirmation and you can start getting amped for sick Indo pits!!
N.B. We suggest booking as early as possible to make sure you get the dates you want.
The balance of payment is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
